Delivery Terms & Conditions

Orders received from Monday to Thursday before 12pm are delivered the next day (delay or logistics issues may affect our next day guarantee). Orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exception of Saturday deliveries which will be dispatched on Saturdays only if Saturday delivery service is selected bu customer upon checkout.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Thurday, 8am to 4pm (enquiries after this times are responded to the next Monday). We will always endeavour to respond or resolve all enquiries, complaints etc within 24 hours of your contact with us.

All messages and emails received after 4pm on Thursday will be promptly dealt with the following Monday.
