Who we are and how to contact us

Samis Online is operated by S & T Enterprises Ltd, 82–89 Cecil Street, Birmingham B19 3SU, United Kingdom. For help with an order, delivery, account, payment or return, email online@samisonline.com with your order reference where you have one.

Please do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes by email. The privacy policy explains how the current Samis service handles personal information.

Products, prices and availability

Product pages show the product name, selling unit and current price. Stock and availability can change, so please check the order summary before submitting checkout.

Delivery options, charges and the checkout total are shown before payment. The current processing schedule, cut-offs, carrier information and Saturday-delivery details are published on the Delivery information page.

Ordering and payment

An order is submitted through the Samis Online checkout. The service provides order and payment-status information for your records. If we cannot fulfil an order or a part of it, we will contact you using the information supplied with the order where reasonably possible.

Available payment options are shown at checkout and are handled by the payment services used there. Do not send payment-card details to Samis by email or social media.

Food, product information and delivery

Check the product page, selling unit and package information before use, particularly if you have an allergy or another dietary requirement. Product labels, ingredients and allergen information can change; contact us before ordering if you need help with a specific product.

Delivery arrangements and availability are confirmed through checkout and the delivery information published by Samis. Please provide accurate delivery and contact information so we can process your order and deal with any delivery question.

Cancellations, returns and your rights

The Returns and refunds page explains how to contact us about a cancellation, return or refund. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, including rights where goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.

Accounts and service changes

Keep your account credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may update these terms when the service changes; the version date on this page shows when they were last updated. Any change will not remove rights that the law gives you for an existing order.
