Processing and delivery

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12pm are processed for delivery within 24-48hrs. Courier backlogs or logistics issues can occasionally cause delays.

Your parcel may be split between DHL, Parcelforce and/or DPD for more effective delivery. The courier will notify you of the delivery time frame by text or email once your order has been dispatched.

For Saturday delivery, place your order before 10am on Friday and select Saturday Delivery at checkout. Saturday delivery attracts a surcharge.

Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

Admin support closes at 5pm Monday to Thursday and at 12pm on Fridays. Calls and emails after these times may be answered on the next working day.
