Delete your account
You can submit this form from the website or through Account → Delete account in our Android and iOS apps. No phone call is required.
Sign in to verify ownership
Use the account you want deleted. You will then be asked to confirm the deletion request.
What happens next?
Our privacy team reviews your request and aims to complete deletion without undue delay and within one calendar month. This is not instant account deactivation. We will confirm completion, or explain any lawful exception or extension and the revised timeframe.
What is deleted or retained?
We remove the Samis login and unnecessary account/profile, delivery-preference and marketing data, and review related historical records and connected systems. Necessary transaction, invoice, refund and accounting records are generally retained for six years after the relevant financial year, or longer where legally required. We explain any retained information and its purpose in our response.
Backup copies are kept beyond normal use until replaced, and deletion must be reapplied after a restore. See the privacy policy for the full retention explanation.
