Orders received from Monday to Thursday before 12pm may take up to 48 hours to be delivered (delay or logistics issues may affect delivery). Orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exception of Saturday deliveries which will be dispatched on Saturdays only if Saturday delivery service is selected by customer upon checkout.
For Saturday deliveries, all orders must be placed before 10am on Friday.
Defective or wrongly delivered products must be reported with evidence/proof either in form of photos or videos. We may not accept such claims for refund or redelivery if evidences are not collected by the customer. It is our process to request evidences in the event of any claims. This is done without bias or prejudice and the consumers statutory rights are unaffected.
