With the warm temperature in this season, frozen foods may not get to you frozen (could have defrosted). We package our products using styrofoam boxes, insulated bags and ice packs to keep your frozen products chilled, fresh and in optimum condition on delivery to you. Please only buy frozen products from us bearing this information in mind
